This is a new model "CORELESS DAMASCUS" Kengata Paring Knife 120 mm, made of multi-layers of VG-10 & VG-2 Stain Resistant Steel alternately (No Core Material) with Black My Carta Handle.
Kengata (Sword shape) means the blade tip is extremely sharp and slanted like Japanese Sword or Kiritsuke Style blade, suitable for delicate work. Excellent in appearance, too.
