Yoshihiro Aogami Super Clad Chef's Gyuto Octagonal Magnolia Handle
This is a Yoshihiro Professional Gyuto, made of Aogami Super at the core of the blade, squeezed into Stainless Steel(known as "Warikomi method") with traditional Octagonal Wood Handle.
WA Gyuto means the knives in combination of the Western type blade with Japanese Professional Handle(Known as "Buffalo Horn Handle"), normally used for Japanese Traditional Knives, such as Deba, Yanagiba, etc.
