Yo-Deba (Western Deba Knife)
Yo-Deba with thick Double bevel blade (also known as "Western Deba") is used not only for fish, but meat as well.
To differentiate them from Traditional Deba Knife, they are called Yo-Deba in Japan.It resembles Gyuto (Chef's Knife) in shape, but the blade is much thicker and extremely sturdy.
