Yoshihiro GINSAN /Silver 3 Stainless, Chef's Gyuto, Nashiji Finish
This is a Yoshihiro Gyuto / Nashiji Finish, made of GINSAN(Yasuki Silver #3 Stainless Steel) at the core of the blade, squeezed into Stainless Steel(known as "Warikomi method") with Octagonal Walnut Handle.
WA Gyuto means the knives in combination of the Western type blade with Japanese Professional Handle, normally used for Japanese Traditional Knives, such as Deba, Yanagiba, etc.
