Great Stainless option

I picked up the 210mm stainless high carbon, these are less common Silver3 stainless and are easy to sharpen and get very sharp. nice light weight and very smooth on the cut. Highly recommend if your looking for something different than the typical VG10 and MV blades...the fine grain on these make for a really nice smooth feeling to an effortless cut,
